1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase and download of digital resources available through the 3D Library operated by Samuele Sciacovelli.
By creating an account, accessing the 3D Library or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the 3D Library or purchase its products.
2. The 3D Library
The 3D Library provides digital resources intended primarily for interior design, product design, visualization and related creative activities.
Resources may include:
- 3D models;
- Rhino files;
- V-Ray assets;
- materials and textures;
- HDRI environments;
- scenes;
- presets;
- other digital design resources.
Some resources may be available free of charge, while others may be offered as paid PRO resources.
3. User Account
Certain Library resources may require the creation of a user account.
Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- keeping their login credentials confidential;
- maintaining the security of their account;
- notifying us of any unauthorised use of their account.
An account is personal and must not be shared with other individuals.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Free Resources
Free resources are provided for personal and professional design and visualization purposes, subject to the licence conditions described below.
Free does not mean that the underlying intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective rights holders.
5. PRO Resources and Purchases
PRO resources are digital products that may be purchased through the website.
Before completing a purchase, the user will be shown the applicable price and relevant product information.
Once payment has been successfully processed, access to the purchased digital resource may be made available through the user’s account and/or download area.
6. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the individual product page, purchasing or downloading a Library resource grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource as part of their own creative, design, architectural, visualization or commercial projects.
The licence allows the user to:
- use the resource in personal projects;
- use the resource in professional and commercial projects;
- modify, edit or adapt the resource for use within their own projects;
- include the resource in renders, animations, presentations and other visual outputs;
- use the resulting visual outputs for commercial purposes.
The licence does not transfer ownership of the original digital resource to the user.
7. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorised in writing, users may not:
- resell the original digital files;
- redistribute the original files;
- make the files available for download by third parties;
- upload the files to marketplaces or asset libraries;
- include the files in another downloadable database or collection;
- sublicense or transfer the original files to another person;
- claim ownership of the original digital resources;
- use the resources to create a competing digital asset library;
- share an account or provide other users with access to purchased downloads.
The resources must not be distributed in a way that allows another person to obtain the original digital files independently of the licensed user.
8. Use in Commercial Projects
The resources may be used in commercial projects, including:
- interior design projects;
- architectural projects;
- product presentations;
- advertising;
- CGI and rendering;
- animations;
- presentations;
- websites;
- social media content;
- client projects.
The resulting creative output belongs to the user or the relevant project owner, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the 3D Library, including its original content, website, branding, graphics, descriptions and digital resources, remain with their respective rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to the user.
10. Third-Party Content
Some resources may incorporate or depend on third-party content, software, materials or intellectual property.
Where applicable, additional licence conditions may apply to individual resources.
Users are responsible for complying with any additional licence conditions communicated on the relevant product page or included with the downloaded resource.
11. Digital Downloads
Digital products are supplied electronically.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their hardware and software are compatible with the file formats specified on the relevant product page.
The website does not guarantee compatibility with every version of Rhino, V-Ray or other third-party software.
Where technically possible, reasonable assistance may be provided in relation to download or file-access problems.
12. Product Availability and Updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, replace or discontinue Library resources at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a resource does not automatically grant access to all future versions or future products.
Where updates are included with a product, this will be indicated on the relevant product page.
13. Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PayPal.
The website does not directly store complete payment card information.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable taxes or legal requirements.
14. Refunds and Digital Content
Because the Library provides digital content that may be made available for download immediately after purchase, specific rules may apply to cancellation and refunds under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where required by applicable law, the user’s statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Any applicable withdrawal rights concerning digital content may be subject to the user’s express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the consequences of requesting access before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period.
15. Limitation of Liability
The Library resources are provided for use as design and visualization tools.
While reasonable care is taken to provide accurate and functional resources, we do not guarantee that every resource will be completely error-free or compatible with every software version, hardware configuration or workflow.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a digital resource.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where there is evidence of:
- unauthorised sharing of downloads;
- redistribution or resale of Library resources;
- infringement of intellectual property rights;
- fraudulent activity;
- violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Termination of an account does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
17. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, Library, services or applicable legislation.
The latest version will be published on this page.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the user’s country of residence.
For consumers, any mandatory jurisdictional rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
